Interactions with puzzles are also now done via motion, such as rotating the GamePad to rotate an object in the game in order to make players feel as if they are actually holding and examining the object themselves. The game is loosely based on an ancient Swedish tradition called rsgng (pronounced og Year Walk). Notably, this can be done without having to point at the actual TV and can be done while resting it in one's lap. Year Walk is an adventure game developed and published by Swedish mobile game developer Simogo for iOS devices in 2013. Players move the character with the left stick but in order to look around and interact with the environment, players point and lightly tilt the GamePad around. Motion controls are also introduced into this version of the game. Players are able to take notes directly on the touch screen with the stylus. The usual features such as a map and the encyclopedia being on the GamePad screen are of course present, but Dakko Dakko added even more features to the game. Simogo revealed on Jthat they had partnered with Dakko Dakko to create a unique version of the game for Wii U that would take advantage of the system's unique features to enhance the game experience.
